Sadly, on the morning of Satuday, April 8th, the historic Princeton Hotel was destroyed by fire:

"Fire destroys B.C. Interior landmark" (CBC);
"Fire reduces historic Princeton Hotel to pile of rubble" (PentictonHerald.ca).
