LENT's cemetery is located on the southwest corner of
Lot 3, Concession 19, Hamilton Twp., Northumberland Co., ON, Canada.
There was once a New Connection Methodist Church there,
which accommodated 200 people.
Rev. James LENT (son of David LENT & Ruth WILLIAMS) was the minister in 1861.
David & Ruth LENT (a.k.a. Ruth WILLIAMS),
as well as James LENT & his wife, Amelia LENT (a.k.a. Amelia VAN DEUSEN)
are buried in LENT's cemetery.

Excerpts from Obituary of David LENT, 11 Jan 1856:
b: Nova Scotia;
An early settler in Earnesttown;
"Led to the cross of Christ" (Methodism) there;
Abt. 1800 - to Township of Hamilton;
Licensed Exhorter;
Canadian Wesleyans gave him license to preach;
1848 - he united with the Methodist Episcopal Church in Canada;
1855 - "His mortal remains were committed to their resting place
beside the companion of his youth,
to await the hour when his happy spirit shall come to put it on afresh."
